1010 EXOTICS does not provide shipping for any of our items outside of the United States or to the following: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes, APOs, or FPOs.

1010 Exotics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. Due to the nature of our product, we will not sell to minors and may request age and/or identity verification at our discretion prior to shipping an order.

Overnight Reptile Shipping With Live Arrival Guarantee:

Reptile shipping days are Tuesday and Wednesday and NEVER include Thursday – Monday. Orders are processed in the evenings to destress the animals as much as possible. A tracking number for your order will be sent after 6 pm on the day of your shipment. 

If temperatures at the carrier hubs located in Indianapolis, IN or Memphis, TN or the destination zip code are under (Overnight Low) 32°F or over 90°F we will not ship as it is not safe for the animals. We will ship on the next available shipping day that temperatures allow.

Store Policy:

Refunds:

- All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

- However, we will consider refunds if an issue arises before the animal is shipped to you.

- Once the animal is in your care, we cannot guarantee its health due if you are bringing the animal(s) into improper conditions, so please do your research and have the proper housing, feeding, and care before committing yourself to the animal(s).

Sexing Guarantee:

- All animals are sexed accurately, and we guarantee the sex of the animal.

Live Arrival Guarantee:

- We guarantee live arrival when shipping to a FedEx Hub to hold for pick up.

- ID and signature will be required to pick up the animal(s) from the hub

DOA:

- In the unlikely event of a DOA, please contact us within one hour of receiving the animal.

- Video and photo evidence will be required to validate a claim and process a refund.

Shipping:

- We only ship within the United States.

- We reserve the right to delay shipping if weather conditions are unfavorable at either the departure or arrival location.

- Snakes and bearded dragons will be held until full payment is received, and will be shipped once payment is complete, weather permitting. 

Additional Information:

- All bearded dragons are least 12 grams and ball pythons are at least 80 grams, and have been well fed without assistance, ensuring they are well-established before shipping.

- Local pickup is also available.

All major credit and debit cards, Venmo, Cash App, Pay Pal, Apple Pay, Zelle, all major credit or debit cards.

Reptile Orders placed by 12:00 pm Eastern Tuesday – Wednesday will be shipped the same day excluding holidays and delays due to unsafe weather conditions. We do not ship on weekends nor on Mondays to prevent any delays, and to not stress the animal(s) in the shipping process.

Reptiles ship Tuesday and Wednesday Priority Overnight for a flat rate of $59.00-200. Our priority overnight service delivers early morning arrival to your local FedEx Hub to hold for pickup, ID will be required for pick up in the buyer’s name only. 

Note: Weather conditions are taken into consideration at point of origin as well as for the carrier hubs and the package destination to determine if an order will be shipped.
